Why I Built This

I've spent 20+ years running technology and project delivery programs, and the same gap kept showing up: real project structure — the kind PMO leads actually need — either lived in a $30/seat/month SaaS tool, or it lived nowhere, in a half-maintained spreadsheet nobody trusted.

The Advanced Project Planner is what I actually wanted: enterprise-grade structure — dashboards, RAID logs, capacity tracking, client-safe reporting — built the way I'd build it for a client, running entirely in Google Sheets. No new login, no per-seat pricing, no vendor lock-in. Just the tool, and the structure most teams are missing.
