Senior delivery leadership for network, cloud, AI and automation programmes
I’m Pankaj Nalavade, Director of edgeVelocity Labs Inc. I lead technology programmes for large enterprises, mid-market organisations and growing businesses across Canada, remotely or on site. I measure what is really happening, then get delivery back on a plan the sponsor can trust. I lead every engagement personally and bring in vetted specialists when the scope needs them.

When the report says green and the plan says otherwise.

Green on the report, red underneath
Programmes rarely fail all at once. The status report keeps tracking the plan while the delivered work falls behind it. My first job on any programme is to find that gap and put a number on it.
Four ways to work with me
Programme Health Check
Two weeks, fixed scope. A one-page health view, the top risks with owners, and a 30-day plan.
Learn more →Fractional Delivery Lead or PMO
A senior leader embedded part-time or full-time for the life of a programme.
Learn more →Programme Recovery
30 to 90 days to measure, reset once, stabilise and hand over.
Learn more →AI and Automation Delivery
Taking pilots to production with an owner, controls and a cost modelled at ten times the volume.
Learn more →What I deliver
Delivery leadership is how I work. These are the programmes I have led over 20 years in Canada, the UK and India.
- Network and SD-WAN programmes, end to end: site planning and surveys, budgets and forecasts, integrated schedules, wave-based migrations and cutovers, hypercare and legacy decommissioning.
- AI/ML programmes: agentic AI on cloud data platforms, grounded in live business data, taken from business case and funding through shadow-mode pilots to governed production.
- RPA and billing automation: bots inside ERP billing modules, proven with parallel runs before manual steps were retired.
- Cloud, data-centre and contact-centre migrations, cybersecurity (SIEM, vulnerability management) and ServiceNow, SAP and Salesforce integrations.
- PMO design, presales and RFP solutioning, and programme recovery.
Proof from real programmes
- A nine-figure SD-WAN, cloud connectivity and voice modernisation across a national branch network: pilot branches first, then migration waves with after-hours cutovers and a rollback path for every site. A team of 25 or more across three countries.
- An agentic AI programme for billing and collections: classifier, validator and response agents answering from live account data, with human approval above set limits. CSAT up 15 to 25 per cent, manual email handling down 60 per cent, a seven-figure annual benefit.
- RPA billing transformation: processing cycle time down 40 to 60 per cent, with 100 per cent data integrity proven in parallel runs.
- Province-wide 2G/3G, fibre and wireless broadband rollouts with 30 or more vendors and engineers, and an operations plan that cut revenue leakage by 40 per cent.
- PMO rebuilds that teams kept using, and nine-figure network, cloud and contact-centre pursuits as presales lead. Current work: delivery leadership on enterprise network programmes.

Who this is for
CIOs, VPs of IT and Heads of PMO in network, telecom and IT organisations, and in other regulated, high-volume businesses, who want a senior leader in the programme instead of a layer of juniors. Telecom is my home ground. The same method applies where AI and automation programmes have to survive production in regulated operations such as finance and healthcare.
Three ways to engage
Scoped to the work. Specialist contractors can be added for a given assignment. I take a small number of clients at a time.
- Programme Health Check: fixed scope, about two weeks.
- Recovery sprint: 30 to 90 days, then a clean handover.
- Embedded delivery lead or PMO build: part-time or full-time, for the length of the programme.
NDA first, on request. I take a small number of clients at a time.
