How We Research

  1. Official sources first. Specifications, plans and policies come from the manufacturer and from official regulators, and every guide says when they were checked.
  2. The full cost, not just the device. Many AI gadgets need a subscription to do what the box promises. We show what is free, what is paid and where the limits are.
  3. Available in Canada. We only recommend products we found sold to Canadian buyers, and we note features that work differently here.
  4. Honest about what we did. These are research-based comparisons. We do not claim hands-on testing we have not done, and manufacturer claims are labelled as such.
