These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of edgevelocity.net (the “Site”) and any digital products purchased through it, operated by edgeVelocity Labs Inc. (“edgeVelocity Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
About Our Digital Products
edgeVelocity Labs sells digital products — including the Advanced Project Planner, a Google Sheets–based project management tool — as one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Products are delivered instantly as a digital download upon purchase.
Purchases & Payment
All purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider, Payhip. Payhip handles checkout, payment processing, and delivery of the digital file. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may be updated from time to time; the price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a digital product from us, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product template or its contents publicly (for example, by re-uploading it to another marketplace or website) without our prior written permission.
Refund Policy
Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, refund requests are handled as follows:
- Within 7 days of purchase: if you have not found the product suitable for your needs, contact us and we will issue a full refund, provided the request is made in good faith.
- Technical issues: if the file is corrupted, inaccessible, or otherwise fails to deliver as described, contact us and we will fix the issue or issue a full refund.
- After 7 days: refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
To request a refund, email us at pankaj.nalavade@edgevelocity.net with your order details. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Payhip and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
